Yes, we ship internationally. Domestic orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 5–12 business days. International orders ship via USPS Priority International Mail and typically arrive within 8–17 days, though we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as customs delays are the most common reason for shipping issues.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100. Orders below this threshold carry a flat shipping fee.

You should receive tracking updates via email within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or the mailroom — they may have received it
- Contact USPS directly for GPS scan details: 1-800-275-8777
- Wait 1–2 weeks — packages often turn up after a brief delay
- If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, file a claim with USPS and/or a police report
- Contact us at support@officialpurerawz.us with proof of the claim — we handle lost packages on a case-by-case basis and may require an affidavit for reshipment
Yes — but you must act quickly. Email us at support@officialpurerawz.us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you. Once it has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
Yes. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible on the outside of the package. Your privacy is a priority.
Yes. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100. Orders below this threshold carry a flat shipping fee. The free shipping threshold applies to both domestic and qualifying international orders.
USPS packages occasionally experience delays or appear stuck in transit. If you have concerns about your shipment:
- Contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking number
- For international orders, customs delays are the most common cause — allow additional time before contacting us
- If your package has not moved for more than 2 weeks, reach out to us at support@officialpurerawz.us
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, international customers should verify the local legal status of research compounds before importing. We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders sent through international reshippers. If your package is lost, damaged, or confiscated while using a reshipper, we cannot provide a refund.
Yes. Orders over $150 require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at your delivery address. If you miss the delivery, USPS will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and other major cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency offers a decentralized, fast, and secure payment option with lower transaction fees. After placing your order, you will receive our wallet address to send the payment to. Once confirmed on the blockchain, your order will be processed.

Yes. Your personal information is encrypted and securely transmitted using SSL technology. Our checkout is secured so only we can read your information. We do not store full payment details and we will never sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
Your phone number is requested as a security measure to help verify your identity and prevent fraud. Banks and payment processors use this information during transaction verification. We will never use your phone number for marketing purposes.
Your card or payment method is charged at the time the order is placed. For Venmo and Zelle payments, the charge occurs when you complete the transfer. For cryptocurrency, the charge is confirmed once your transaction is verified on the blockchain.
Yes. Every product at OfficialPureRawz is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) results. These reports verify the purity of each batch.
Most of our products are verified at 99% purity or higher. COAs are available directly on each product page.
Our products can last 3 years or more when stored properly. Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides can be stored frozen for up to 2 years or refrigerated for up to 6 months before reconstitution.
Once reconstituted, store at approximately 35°F (refrigerated) and use within 28–60 days depending on the compound.
We will never send you a product that is close to its expiration date.
Crystallization in liquid products is completely normal and is not a sign of product degradation. It commonly occurs during shipping, especially in colder winter months, when temperature drops cause high-concentration compounds to crystallize.
To dissolve the crystals, gently warm the vial using a warm water bath (not boiling water) or place it in a warm room for a short time. Do not use a microwave. Once warmed, gently shake or swirl the vial until the crystals dissolve.
No. All products sold by OfficialPureRawz are intended for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal use or consumption. Our products are designed for use in controlled scientific research environments only.
All research must comply with applicable IRB or IACUC guidelines and local regulations.

Our products are manufactured in the United States. We are committed to domestic sourcing and production to ensure supply chain integrity, faster fulfillment, and compliance with U.S. research standards. Each batch is independently verified before being made available to customers.
Refunds are available only for orders that are still being processed and have not yet shipped. Once your product has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process, but may take longer depending on your bank or third-party payment app.
